strong>Domestic & Social Issues

Abortion:  The supreme court already ruled on this topic, if it is brought up again my stance is I am pro-life UNLESS you can prove you were raped or in cases of incest. If the mothers health is in grave danger. PRO-Adoption, we must cut off adapting from other countries. Increase isolationism and give OUR babies  a chance to have great oppurtunites.

Civil Rights: Every person has a right to privacy and to be secure in his/her belongings now it is time the people actually believed that once again.  End affirmative action people need to start taking responsibility for thier own education and stop relying on their skin color/race/sexual orientation to get them into a better position or schools.  homosexuals will be given the same rights as heterosexual couples ... The reason I feel they are not right now is simply b/c the government doesn't get to collect money on the deal (taxes, insurance, etc) everything is about money. Well these are people who have feelings. If you are so opposed to it due to religious reasons then thats great don't go to a homosexual hang out or bar. Homosexuality is not a plague if you see it it will not affect you. its not like the sanctity of marriage has been kept thru the years by heterosexuals. I would abolish any and all hate crime legislation. A murder is a murder, one murder is not worse than another a life still needlessly ended.

Crime:  More police need to be on the streets end of story, more border security (and we need to stop screwing them over if they do thier job!, also that DA in TX will be prosecuted!), and promote more citizens to carry concealed weapons. We need to promote more life skills and education in jail so that there is less recommitting offenders Juvenile offenders need to be dealt with in a more aggressive manner to deter them from committing when they become adults. As No more slaps on the wrist. More education and life skills for prisoners who will be coming out. Once they are out Halfway house them to reintigrate them into society.

Drugs: If you do it in your own home and dont bother anyone then who am I to stop you? The problem occurs when you involve innocent people, people who drink and drive/ drive under the influence will no longer be given a pass they will automatically serve time, concider yourself property of the state. I think of it in this way Q: "Does someone doing drugs effect me?" A: "No, it doesn't  they are only harming themselves" As long as this individual doesn't come out into public areas and cause a scene or injure anyone I don't see a problem ... your body is your temple feel free to worship it anyway you want.

Education: Repeal No Child left behind... Although I feel it was made with good intentions it has done nothing but made children slide thru the education system without much effort... The teachers are good at showing kids only the surface of the topic ...we need to teach kids how to research and become independent thinkers ... teachers need to stop teaching kids things for a test ... I see that all the time even in college they go thru a  bunch of stuff before the test then give us an outline to study for the test eliminating about 2/3rds of the material...so why would anyone look over that stuff? we wouldnt so the kids should be responsible for all of it. All year round school. begin school later in the day so kids are well rested. Also the public education system has FAILED take the government away from the schooling system... mandate education but you choose where your kid goes (independant companies... like you choose whether to buy a Honda or a Toyota).

Energy/Oil: Nuclear energy for all of our commercial vehicle/travel/military and home use ..not only will this declare our energy independence it will save money at the pump b/c the demand for oil is low... No longer will we be buying oil from the middle east but depending on our own reserves . Allow for off shore drilling if China and russia can do it so should we (and btw they do it like a couple hundred miles off of OUR shores). It is about time we tell the Environmentalist where to stick it, most of the time these people give evidence that is propaganda and just completely made up (stretched) that it is unreliable. I trust about 1/5 of what they say and tyhats pushing it

Environment: i don't believe in Al Gores global warming thing... there is a huge hole in the ozone above Antarctica so who has been sitting in the Antarctica with hairspray???? i do however believe we need to start cleaning up this environment ... As in  reuse!.recycling is a bunch of BS.  We need to do something about non-point source pollution and create bigger buffers around our major rivers to protect the water stop clearing out major parks or areas of forest for development for homes. I do promote maintaining buffer systems and our national and state parks, making sure that we are not putting garbage right into our water supply is important as well so keeping a close eye on companies that dump into our water shed will be continued (point source pollution) ...see green people I'm not completly heartless

Gun Control: gun control? who needs it??? so criminals can have another law to ignore....and those abiding will be in greater danger than they are now??? i believe we need to have more education in the schools about guns and gangs and stop the media/schools  from scaring the kids and people ... gun crimes occur in gun free zones.. if you disarm the people you allow the criminals free reign until the police show up. The police cant help you until you call you tell them there is a problem ...you need to be able to protect yourself and not depend on anyone else, that is an inconvenient truth. I also would institute a national carry permit, if your state issues a carry permit in any form than anyone who has one from thier home state may carry in any state. These people are not criminals obviously they went thru the proper channels to pocess the weapon to protect their lives not commit crimes.

Health Care: no universal healthcare ...keep it private. The federal government already relys heavily on private companies to help it run medicare what makes you think it can run an entire nation universally? Also in Mass as an example ppl are waiting a year just for physical exams to find out they have breast cancer then another 4 months to get biopsied. Is that what you want?! all while this happens the cancer(if you have it) could be spreading!!! I sure don't want this in my country! Look at how other countries are running their systems ppl are waiting a long time and getting fed up coming here for elective surgeries, nothing good will come of universal health care. As a premed student I can tell you that I gave up my dream of becoming a doctor when the candidates started talking about this stuff, the average medical student leaves med school $1,000,000 in debt and to go from having that debt to making less than $35,000 a year w/ little benefits that would just not cut it. So I ended my dream of becoming a doctor altogether. People don't want to become doctors if all it will do is cost them serious debt and no pleasure later in life. I would not have been able to save up for a house a family or vacations ect things that normal people enjoy to do in their spare time. Universal healthcare is a drag on the people using it and more of a drag on the doctors involved it is hard work with ZERO appreciation hardly any pay and no pay off.

Immigration: SECURE! SECURE! SECURE! America has a huge problem with its borders we need to first secure our borders from these people coming in. Stricter penalties for people who support illegal immigrants (fine and jail them) When illigal immigrants are found they will be imprisoned for so many days and then returned. Border Patrol agents will not be arrested or jailed for doing their jobs.  People who attempt to collect from the government that are not citizens will not be given anything ...if you dont put money into the system you dont get any that simple ... however people who want to become citizens will be welcomed in with an easier system that is better equipped to handle and educate them ... declare a  national language ... no more press one for english. My father had to learn english and so should yours (and your mother, sister brother, aunt and uncle, cousin etc) I WILL declare a national language. Hire more border patrol or increase the national guard numbers and have them do border tours that is why they are the NATIONAL Guard

Jobs: get out of NAFTA and dismantle things like OPIC bring jobs back home encourage farming We need to also start taxing businesses who ship overseas (tariffs) and give tax breaks to those who give more jobs to Americans in the states (promote jobs here) Break out of NAFTA and OPIC... Make the trade with other countres more 50/50 ...stop allowing companies to deal with our enemies

Families/Children: apparently no one followed me when I said "how is this the governments responsibility" here is what I mean. We live in an era where it is taboo to discipline your child for fear that you as a parent will be jailed or hated by that child. So instead we heavily medicate and allow them to run our lives. We have more children in other peoples homes than the parents homes now-a-days it isn't even funny. What do you think is going to happen when your child reaches the age of 18 and is on his/her own and can not deal with his emotions b/c he/she has become dependent on drugs for mood stabilizing but has no health insurance? well they will lose their temper or go suicidal these rate are getting hire and hire crime is going up and so is suicide among the young. We need to start allowing parents to take responsibly for disciplining their child in the home without heavily medicating them ... medication only works if there is a serious issue ... in most cases there is not and kids become addicted/dependent on these drugs ...it is time people take responsibility for there actions and stop asking the government to step in because they dont know how to handle it, you do know how to handle it, your just afraid too. Take away the toy if he throws it and explain its not nie to throw things... say your sorry for hurting jonnys feelings and now you have to play with him after school ... you arent hurting the child but you are teaching them life lessons and educating them at the same time.

Economic Issues

Budget/Economy:  get rid of/dismantle about 80% of the government programs that are currently in control right now. Why because they do nothing but over complicate the system. Do we really need 100 different agency's telling us something that is completely obvious? I think not it will save alot of government overspending. Also anything not constitutional needs to go. let the states decide thats why they were given their rights

Taxes: flat tax, if we aren't paying for an over complected government that is overspending we wont need to tax ppl to death of everything they purchase or own. Business will be separate from personal of course. 56% of my (and th average Americans) annual income is spent in taxes. Some are direct some are indirect (like the purchasing of permits for building, guns etc) The government would not need all that money if they stopped spending irresponsibly. I would also attempt the repeal amendment 16

Social Security: privatize it along with medicare...put it in the hands of the people not the government. Every citizen should be encouraged but not mandated to have an IRA

Welfare/Poverty: Welfare is something that the liberals created to feel all warm and fuzzy about themselves to know that they did something good for someone else ... well no one checks up on it and the people who need it dont get it ... so if it is actually kept I would do systematic checks on everyone who has it and it wouldn't be a lifetime thing it would be a 6 month thing max to get you on your feet including job/education training. Also it shouldn't be done one the TAX payers dime. It is NOT my responsibility to provide adn support for those who wont work. The money will be LOANED and repaid to the government with little to no interest on it. I want to see people suceed not get by.  Poverty is a problem not going to lie but we should follow Herbert Hoovers idea of volunteerism and charity among the people is at an all time low. Thats not just a conservative thing every American has stopped, improve this in soup kitchens and churches/temples etc if you can improve the morale of the homeless perhaps we can get them doing the jobs the illegal immigrants are doing and they can start working  

International Issue

Free Trade: I agree with a free trade system over a government regulated one, no government intervention on the free market

Homeland Security: included in border security we dont need a million agencies doing the same thing. Border Security will be expanded to have separate departments that communicate within itself 

War & Peace:  Another thing I would do is stop this war in Iraq in a correct manner we need to stop allowing the Iraqi people to depend on us by setting up training grounds and teaching them how to do it then let them at it. We need to start securing Afganastan and Iran. Israel is in dire need of help right now and they need help as well... a lot of people dont think they deserve the land but that is the only Jewish religious land they have no where else to go ... The Palastinian people where thrown out of every single middle eastern country since Israel was established ...these people are irrational and need to be happy with what they have gotten so far...i will continue to support Israel but not by giving them weapons.
