About Me
|
|
Best President:
| No answer could serve any purpose to distract from my own personal platform |
|
Worst President:
| There is no sense in crying over spilt milk. We should al learn well from history, as it does repeat itself, and then move on from there. |
|
My #1 Issue:
| Restoration of the United States Constitution |
|
Direction For Country:
| Reunification, Full & civil bi-partianship, Overhaul of federal bureaucracy |
|
|
Short Platform |
At the core, all of us have the same beliefs and desires for our fair nation. Let us unite in those, and not be divided by our differences. United we stand, divided we fall.
The government could use some advice from the average household - on budgeting, peace between neighbors, domesitic relations, choosing friends wisely and keeping them, lessons learned the hard way and kept, real life health care worries, and down home charity for ones neighbor in need.
I would like to get back to the point where we don't cut each other off in traffic, at 75 mph, simply because our bumper stickers are for different political parties.
This isn't a popularity contest to see who the next prom queen or king is, this is hardcore real life. Every single aspect or your, mine, and all other earth bound human's daily life is effected by the decisions we make today in the voting booth.
And your little dog Toto, too.

More About Me
|
|
I am 32 years old, and was a lifelong Democrat, and now free, beholden by NONE. I am nobodys guaranteed vote, in nobodys pocket , no locked in vote. COURT ME BITCHES!
I have become disenchanted with the "politics"of politics, including within my own former party, and the sale of our nation's direction to the highest bidder. If I (we) do not take back our nation from the greedy and perverse forces that be, our young, fragile, country will never survive as we once knew and loved her.
I am an Independent here because in my home state and state that I live in now, I have no say in primaries -who cares what you have to say in a solid blue or red state? Court me bitches - am am your non-apathetic swing vote you all need - I AM INDEPENDENT (of party, of thoght, of will, and always vote).
In college, I studied Political Science/Pre Law with a minor in Anthropology/World Religion. I went to a great university for my field of study, because I wanted to, and did, pay my own way though college - no debt - financial or otherwise to my parents, self, or a future employer, by working hardcore full time while also taking a 18 credit course load. I got top honors because I worked hard for what I wanted, and nothing is more well deserved.
Why am I not a lawyer now? Long story short, I got sick. Very sick, tubes-in-the-arm-for-a-long-time sick, and the fates had other plans for me. When the time is right, I shall return to law, but I can't say looking back that it wasn't the best for me and all concerned. Fate and destiny, duke it out ladies, and take your places around the ring....
I have little sympathy at all for those of the middle class and up that cannot pay their higher education debts. Stop being a depedent of your parents in life and on their tax forms, and you qualify for great govt loans or even grants. I recieved an excellent education, paid out of my own pocket the non-resident "out of state" prices, because I wanted it, had researched it and it's professors in my chosen field, even though I had been accepted to several "high status" universites - if I sold my financial soul to them for 20 years thereafter - thanks, but no thanks. I will be what I make of myself, my name, not yours by proxy.
Afterward, I worked for many years in the mental health field with at-risk and/or youth with psychiatric needs, as a mentor (children freshly discharged from psych facilities and theraputic foster care), advocate (family court issues - psych and criminal backgrounds), respite volunteer (mild autism spectrum/psych hospitilization), and also a resident counselor in a runaway/homeless youth shelter - all for different agencies - govt and non, often at the same time, with many 16 hour days, 7 days a week, for weeks on end for one or another, because of the desperate need/staffing shortages from these agencies (and no, it wasn't for some glorious paycheck, lol). Possibly the best and most formative years of my life. Best thing I ever did.
I credit so much to who I am today to my mother who worked her butt off as an eventual singe parent, and made it to the very top of her field - the first woman to achieve it, and also my beautiful grandparents - he taught me to tough it up (WII combat vet - taught this lady to be self reliant and independent - and how to clean a fish) and she taught me to know something about everything (how to bake, manners in all situations, the love of social politics, how to handle the socially inept and rude). I could survive in just about any circumstances - includng the absolute wilderness, or a terrible poliical fundraiser - because of them!
I am a moderate in the political arena, neither conservative or liberal. A proper elected official is merely a vessel of the will of their constituents (not only those who vote, but all citizens), not one who adheres stricly their own personal agenda regardless of the will of the people or the nation's own framework laws.
Since childhood, I have had a heartfelt passion for the history and future of our great nation, and therefore politics. I am very active in local politics and grassroots campaigns for social justice, and have formally served as an Election Official. Since the age of 16, I have supported and/or volunteered for numerous political campaigns from the local and state level to federal.
My family ancestry includes Mayflower passengers (2 of whom signed the Mayflower Compact), and a final pair of immigrants as recently as the mid 1800's, though the vast majority of my family has been in what is now America since before the 1660's (talk about old skool, lol - on all but the one new branch of my family, all men of age fought in the Revolutionary and Civil Wars, and most after - and I do indeeed visit and clean their graves that I have been able to locate). It is my sworn lifelong duty to uphold the very ideals and principles upon which our country was founded, out of repect for our past and that of our future - via strict adherance to the United States Constitution.
My personal hero is the Rev. Stephen Paddock, my great great grandfather, whom was an "engineer" on the Underground Railroad, risking his very life by hiding for weeks and then sneaking across the US-Canadian border escaped slaves. I honor his inner strength and self sacrificing pursuit of justice by being an active, passionate, an just American citizen.
We, the people, must bring our country back to her original intended glory.
Personal
I love to skydive, cook & bake (down home country to mastering many foreign regional delacacies), have a deep passion for travel local, nationally, worldwide (the southern Caribbean, Middle East, and Ontario are faves) - I do carry my passport with me at all times, knit, am learning crochet, stencil (no elaborations on that). I have taken "ground school", and plan to one day get my private pilot license - 9/11 dropped me dead cold on it - Patriot Act? Ha. It was being generated even before 9/11, and now TRUE old American long time TRUE patriots are scared to get their licenses, because their family and friends are investigated, to the point of interruption. Not worth it. I'll wait. But I will get it before I die.
My family is the most important thing to me by far, particulary my grandparents - who are in a nursing home together today (since this original writing, I have lost them both). I took care of them on and off for several years before, trying to stave it off. They are both 86, he a WWII combat vetern who lost most of his hearing from the shells - in the later years when I took care of him (moved in with him for almost year once, and before and after that was on and off for months, 350 miles away - they mean that much to me) when my grandmother was in a nursing home (before he was also) has told me much about the war and his life with much sadness and love (only he and one other from his entire unit survived one battle. My uncle, his first born son, is named in honor of his war buddy - as promised), and she is who I got my love of masterfull cooking and baking from - they are my heart and soul - I would not be then strong and multi-talented woman that I am today without them. I would be nothing without my amazing parents and grandparents, who in tandem raised me (my mother's illness, and later divorce - bi-costal joint custody). I would take a bullet without a thought for them, and also for my closest friends. Pure love. I only wish that I can give as much as I have been so fortunate to have been given by them. May their souls forever rest, and be forever proud of me and my descendants. |

What I Would Do As President
|
|
My platform is not yet complete, and it never will be. This is not something that can be properly completed in one day, one week, or even a year - nor should it be. This this will be added to regularly, just like candidates in "real life". My positions may slightly evolve, but not change. I am always willing to discuss my platfrom, and even slightly alter it should a better plan come along that is the better for the nation, as it should be with elected officials in real life. Politics is organic, not static. We should expect our leaders to be open to progress, admit when they are wrong, willing to evolve, and above all, only have the best for the entire nation at heart in our decisions - even if we can not take original credit for the idea - whatever it takes for the goal to be reached. Tell me what you want, as a citizen. That's what our leaders should be asking. I belive in evolution ;)
*** I wrote this platform when I joined the site in 2007, this is me, but I have slightly changed my views in some ways since, and though I'm hardcore on some stances, I am always open to new ideas - nobody is perfect, and everyone is capable of learning and evolving ***
Act. 3. National security shall not come at the cost of our Constitutional rights and freedoms. 4. I support universal healthcare. 5. America is a secular nation, and shall firmly remain so. 6. I support more balance and fairness in our tax laws, with a repeal of Bush's tax cuts. 7. Elimination of our national debt is a priority issue, along with ending foreign energy dependence. 8. I am firmly against amnesty for illegal immigrants, and support increasing the number of available visas. 9. Elected officials shoud act solely due to the will of the citizens - within the scope of the Constitution, not a personal agenda.10. I would fulfill our promises to wounded veterans and their families. 11. Abortion is a Constitutional right that shall not be infringed upon. 12. I am for limited and reasonable gun control.
As President, I would not have an official speech writer, in fact, I would have none, Sometimes, I wouldn't even write one myself at all, but just talk to you candidly, as I go, straight from the heart with the blunt truth - on live national television. Yes, the old fashioned purists (and writers unions) might complain, but welcome in the new era of truth. The Ameircan people would no longer be treated as idiotic blind consumers of some political product, but a high stake shareholders. Welcome to the exclusive executive boardroom, where we have all belonged all along.
Misc. Tidbits:
* I am for abolishing the electoral college as it stands today. * I believe there needs to be a national study and reassesment of when Tasers can be used by police. * I believe that voting booth issues need to be taken MUCH more seriously, and addressed IMMEDIATELY. * Any elected official that knowingly lies to the public regarding official matters should be charged with treason. * I am against the FairTax plan, as it is pure fantasy. Study after study, aside from simple logic, shows that it is spectacularly unfeasable. Come on, let's not lie to "the people" even on a political dream site. I'm pro-reality. * I would as President only appoint moderates to the court. No more singular swing voters - too much power in one person's hands. * I would restrict non-profit property exemptions to solely the place of worship, business, etc. Local taxpayers should not pay for other's "religious" retreats or camps, while losing their homes because they can't afford their property taxes. I understand that there are a few valid exceptions, and there will be exemptions for them. * We need to stop pretending politicians are magicians and can magically do things they can't, and stop believing the pandering bs they give us, because I don't play that game. * We need to stop listening to, and being led by the nose, wedge issues that are solely that, and not government issues or concerns. Until we do that, the govt is only going to get bigger, more powerful, more manipulative, more untrustworthy, and especially more controlling. * I want to be President, not your mommy. I will not sugarcoat, tell fairy tales, or pick you up ever time you fall if you refuse to learn to take care of yourself. That's not my job.
National Security
Our Constitution shall never be sacrificed in the name of anything.
Repeal of the Patriot Act is mission #1.
I believe that many of our security concerns are based upon unrest in the Middle East, and my solution is to start treating them with respect. This means ending our little side deals where we support the Saudi monarchy and supply protection from their citizens in exchange for cheap oil. Please see my Foreign Policy section for more details. We will also start treating the Palestinians with the equal respect that we give to Israel. If Israel cannot do the same, then their gravy train ends and they are cut off from our financial and military support, end of story. The United States government will no longer be beholden to any partcular lobby, especially foreign.
We as a nation will not let the terrorists win, and that includes giving them what they want - living in terror. National tragedies will never be used to further political agendas or violate the Constitution under my Presidency.
United States cities will be given anti-terrorism money based on real potential threat level, not by political jockeying and claims that the world's largest ball of yarn are enemy combatant targets.
The prices for passports and ClearPass will be sharply reduced, to their actual cost, making them easy to obtain by all.
There are better ways. The cheap, quick election year ones are rarely even mediocre.
Please also see my Immigration section for more information.
Drug Policy
While I 100% support aiding other countries (Afghanistan, Columbia, and so forth) combat the drug empires that fuel violent guerrila fighters, I would end the "War on Drugs" in the USA as we know it.
I would de-criminalize drug use, making marijuana legal (see my Tax platform), while continuing to prosecute drug dealers in separate "drug courts", with punishment determined on an individual basis. Most of the dealers have strong business skills, and would place empasis on cultivating those skills into honest business careers.
For drug users (non-marijuana), they would be sentenced to rehabilitation facilities, including methadone clinics, and then monitored for a minimum of 5 years, to be paid for by the fines levied on the drug dealers, and also via percentage of income payments from the recovered addicts themselves once they rejoin society and have been clean for at least 2 years. Their payments may also be made via community service (including the option of being trained as substance abuse counselors themselves, to work in the facilities they once were treated in).
With both users and dealers, any aggrevated offenses, such as theft, assault, and so forth, shall be dealt with separately, as there is no excuse or exception for them, as there was no respect or kindness for the victims - there are no victimless crimes.
I also support lowering the legal drinking age to 18 again, but requiring courses much like those to obtain a drivers license. The legal drinking age will remain 21 for those unwilling or unable to pass such a course and recieve their "under 21 alcohol consumption license"
Crime
Please also see Death Penalty below. I have been the victim of crime before, and do feel that the justice system as it stands does not take either reality or the feelings of the victims into consideration. Steal a car and get a slap on the wrist. Break into a house and theyll never catch you, since its not a top priority. And I live in a "safe, quiet" middle class semi-rural area.
I am firmly aganst mandatory sentences, as they are completly unjust, and also, because they clog up the prisons and local jails for offenders that deserve to be there much more, yet are given light or no sentence due to our overburdened system. Drug users belong in treatment, not prison. There, that just cleared out a huge number of those in there now, and the many times theyll be back, by curing the disease, not the symptom.
I am for "truth in sentencing" requirements that mean if you get 5 - 10 years in prison, you must serve at least 5.
The national debate over civil confinement laws will be ended by life sentences for rapists and pedophiles, whom study after study shows cannot be reformed, or treated with the science that we have now. I would create prision communities for them within our closed down military bases, making safe-for-the-general-public community zones out of them - completely confined and guarded productive communities, including their own supermarkets, businesses, and all residents must be employed (education will be given to make productive citizens of them within their "community").
Death Penalty
I do support it, especially in cases where it is the desire of the victims families, but only with an absoute confession and/or unwavering DNA evidence. It should also apply to first degree rape, particularly when the victim later commits suicide (though the SC disagrees).
Gun Control
I am firmly against any law or policy that unduly burdens or restricts the right of law abiding citizens to own guns. The Second Amendment is very clear. However, I believe that this only was intended for and guns that can reasonably be considered for protection of home, property, and family - not machine guns, which couldn't even be imagined by our forefathers when the amendment was written.
My stance does not protect irresponsible owners whom do not reasonably secure their firearms, those of whom I believe should be brought on charges if their carelessly stored weapon is stolen and used in the commission of a crime. That is a separate offense, in no way addressed by the Second Amendment.
Religion & "Faith Based Initatives"
The United States is a secular nation. End of story, no room to argue, and it should not matter what religion (or lack thereof) a candidate or victor is. This is one of the clearest intentions, and protections, of our founding documents an has no "wiggle room". Despite popular belief, many of our nation's forfathers were Unitarian, which back in the day often meant agnostic. The references to a "God" on our nation's currency and in our Pledge of Allegiance were not originally there, but added during the McCarthy era in an ugly, scary, Constitutionaly obscene gesture of "national unity" against athiest communism.
Again, the United States Constitution is very clear on this matter. (Merely because something exists in government today by no means implies that it is legal, or even worse, that it is just)
Taxes (more coming soon)
Reduction of the national debt is a top priority.
I believe that the key to reducing taxes, while still maintaining and adding services, is 1. To eliminate pork barrell spending strictly and across the board. The government needs to behave like its individual citizens - if you can't afford it and its not necessary, you don't go out and buy it anyway. 2. Eliminate tax loopholes for the wealthy by instituting a flat tax on the richest 10% of the nation, with no exclusions or credits. 3. Elimiate politically motivated tax credit refunds except on senior citizens making less than 200% of the poverty level. 4. Increase taxes on corporations (including small ones operating under a larger umbrella) that do business at all in or with America, even if they do not even have a single employee here. Pay to play. Tax at higher rates corporations that pay their average hourly worker below a set income level, or have over 10,000 employees, and not one union. 5. Legalize marijuana and tax it like cigarettes. Also allow for yearly permits to grow and distribute it from one's own home, which would also create more financial independence and income for many Americans.
I firmly believe that if the government ends what I consider to be forced charity, people will donate much more on their own free will, helping to fund programs privatly that are now severe government burdens.
Abortion
An issue strictly between a woman and her doctor. The Supreme Court has already ruled on this, and it is not within the scope of the President's constitutional rights to directly or indirectly interfere with their rulings - front door or back door.
On a personal level, I interpret this to clearly a Constitutional right.
Foreign Policy
It's called put up or shut the fiuck up. Our great nation is v iiewed by most of the world as toothless pit bull, due to trying to terrible strategies in Iraq and Afghanistan. Horseshit, we are still the very best in the world (and still come crying to when the going gets rough - never a THANK YOU for saving your soveregn ass. I'm tired of paying for Rur[ean mistakes, so that I can pay more for cheese and beer - and have less people with time to dedicate t the mastering of it- must be nice.
Under my presidency, no country will be any longer treated as an imperialistic territory, or be subjected to hateful government driven campaigns if they choose not to agree with us on every single matter. We are not children, and as a nation, will no behave as such.
Worldwide democratic freedom will be a priority of the administration, obtained not through hollow threats and/or war, but by mandating the sale of only electric or alternative fueled vehicles by 2015, enabled by the consumer and incentive driven technological revolution in our nation's automakers, as the technology and ability already widely exist, but is not being utilized. Our swift and severe reduction in oil use/reliance will force oil producing countries, some of the most notoriously oppressed and teetering, into democratic negotions, aside from causing an end to the oil riches that keep these dictators in place, while disrupting the the economics of the average citizen much less than sanctions, trade embargos, or war. Peaceful protest and boycott is not to be underestimated - it has worked time and time again throughout history.
Conversations will be resumed, be fair and without inflamatory rhetoric, with Iran, Venezuela, and other leaders soverign nations with whom we disagree. My administration will listen with an open, empathetic ear to the people, not just the leaders. The people are the ones who always pay the price for bullheaded egos. Cooler, more rational, heads must prevail. Input from ally countries will be appreciated and respected, not ridiculed and rejected.
The Cuban embargo will be ended immediatley, as it only hurts the citizens, not Castro. It is much harder to start a revolution when you are hungry and without adequate shelter, which American tourist dollars alone would very directly help with by purchasing from local vendors and family run operations.
The war in Iraq would be ended, with total troop withdrawl by the end of 2009. It is impossible to remove all troops at once, sad as it is, as it would cause a massive overnight power vacuum that woud result in the immediate deaths of thousands, and in only months tens of thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians. We are no better than how we treat our worst enemy, and the Iraqi people are not even our enemy. There will be an immediate and massive increase in the quality of Iraqi police training, and the numbers of them. A decision to divide the country between the factions that have been at war for millenia is not out of the question, it that is what is requied to realistically bring about peace. It is not our country, it is not our choice, but we also cannot cause so much violence and then simply walk away as if nothing ever happened. They have until the end of 2009, clear and simple.
A regained focus on Afghanistan will include some "put up or shut up" on the part of Pakistan. Osama bin Laden is there, and therefore we must be permitted to enter their territory to capture him, since Pakistan alleges to be our ally. While he is the mastermind behind 9/11, he is only one small part of the head of the beast, and the key truly is to clarify our standing with Pakistan. If they are truly a friend and ally, they will permit our search in their nearly inhabited mountains bordering Afghanistan, as by their own admission it i almost entirely populated by Taliban and their vigilant supporters (who are a headache for Pakistan also). If they refuse, then we truly know where we stand - that Pakistan is no friend or ally, and we can simply withdraw our support that is so far keeping General Musharraf in his dictorial position (we aren't really allies with a dictator army general, are we?). Afghanistan itself will only be ended by the USA taking a more humanitarian role, and honestly, by guilt tripping our fellow wealthy nations into helping to fund educational, healthcare, and basic housing needs that are sorely lacking in the region. Desperate, hopeless people are easily swayed to and caught in the middle of political and/or religious extremists. Love really is the answer here - not bombs.
The United States will be firm with the United Nations in telling them that from now on, they are going to do their job, instead of us. We are tired of being the world's police, and also its whipping boy. These are WORLD issues, not United States alone issues.
Healthcare
All citizens of the United States have the right to healthcare, which will be subsidized by the nations corporations and wealthiest 2%. There will be a gradual dissoluion of the for-profit healthcare industry, with non-profit organizations monitored by elected citizen member boards managing our nation's care needs. All will have equal coverage. No exceptions. The length and quality of one life will no longer be dependent upon one's financial status. A level playing field makes for a shared fight to end disease and all common medical ills. Operating medicine under capitalistic rules is not only immoral and souless, but makes it only available to the highest bidder (if we could all only pay $15 for a prescription, would it still cost $250? Necessitiy is the mother of invention - and innovation).
Building more assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, along with federal assistance and encouragement of training for caregivers - professional and for individual families, will be a top priority, as we face the "greying" of our nation. I firmly believe that a people can be judged by how we treat our youngest and oldest amonst us - those depending on us, who deserve nothing less than the deepest caring, dignity, and compassion.
All citizens earning below 200% of the federal poverty level will have access to subsdized health club memberships, and smoking cessation medications and therapies, to be financed by the ensuing reduction in medical treatment costs due to an overall healthier nation.
Subsidies will drastically cut to the cattle, corn, and dairy industries (with the exception of low and non-fat drinking milk), and given to healthy fruits and vegetable growers, in order to make them cheap and accessable to all. Corporate (non-family, and those over a TBD amount of acreage) farm subsidies will be elimininated.
i I believe that this falls under our Decleration Of Indpendences's right to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness".
It needs to be a Constitutial Amendment., as has been tried and turned down before. The right to a public education also - which also is not, despite popular belief.
BOTH ARE TECHINCALLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Ouch to us that were supposed to be told in public school, that is not a right, oh, it goes in circles. Unconstitutiounal ones apparently. We have let faux pas and polite gentemen's slights go on too far. Forgive the men who had was too much on their mind 200 years ago. Now is we should have and demand (!) good and the best national leaders.
Why do we not?
Veterans
Our proud and honorable United States veterans will be finally given the proper respect and medical care that they not only deserve, but are government contract ensured, with no delay or excessive paperwork. Our injured soldiers shall be treated as the national treasures that they are, with the best physical and psychiatric care avaiable, given with honor.
My grandfather lost his hearing at the age of 25 during WWII in the Phillipines from the shells all around him. It is a national embarassment I would say that my family pays for his hearing aids because of the breached govt contract with him, though now that he is living near me, we go to Castle Point VA Hospital, which is truly a shining gem in the system - top to bottom. I wish all vets got such good care and respect as they give when I bring him there for appts.
Google the name "Eddie Ryan", a wounded soldier who lives in my area (in the photos below, in 2002, and after being permanently paralyzed by a sniper in Iraq), if you even think for a moment that the gov't is honoring its MORAL or WRITTEN obligation. He was shot twice in the head, one bullet causing traumaic brain injury. The government most recently decided to end payment for his home health care aides, this after they wouldn't give his family help in making his home wheelchair accessable, and a thousand other things that the rest of us would consider basics covered even by the worst HMO - this is what the govt gave a US Marine who was severely wounded in Iraq. And he is only one of many, sadly. THIS MUST END.

A shame upon all of our nation.
Look at this young man and tell me that you still believe the Iraq war is worth it, or even after reading his story (or those of the thousands of others) that the government takes proper care of its wounded - physically or mentally - soldiers. Look in the mirror and say it. You can't.
Immigration
No papers? No problem. Get out and get in line with the rest of the people who have been busting their butts for years to come here the legal way. Cutting in line is un-Ameican and shall not be tolerated.
Under my Presidency, the United States will also increase 100% the first year, and therafter each year by 20%, for 10 years, the number of visas available in the immigraton lottery, at which time the program will be re-evaluated and increased/decreased as needed.
The federal government will work closely (and train) with pro-immigration charities and volunteers to make the paperwork and processing time under 30 days within the first 10 years, with a projected 25% reduction in length of wait in the first year.
All countries will be treated equally regarding allotment of annual visas given.
Our country was founded by immigrants, and we shall continue to welcome them with open arms, so long as our laws are respected and obeyed.
Education
In order for our educational system to produce not only the best and brightest, but the most community minded and compassionate citizens possible, ALL high school students will be required to complete a minimum of 200 hours of community service in order to recieve their diploma. No exceptions. Any student under the age of 18 who chooses to discontinue their standard education will be required to enter a job training program until successful completion.
I would lead a national discussion leaning towards year round schooling, and affirmatively end the No Child Left Behind Act.
All United States citizens will have the right to a free college education - the standard public education given will include 4 years of college/university. This will be paid for by an income tax on these students begining 1 year after graduation, ending 5-10 years later, the amount being a percentage of their salary depending on their field (doctor, scientist, marketing executive) and level of public good generated by their profession specifics (a doctor in private practice plastic surgery doing mainly non medically needed cosmetic work vs. a doctor in a free clinic, a public social worker vs. a corporate lawyer) . The remainder of funding coming from all corporations located, or simply doing business with the United States or any of its residing citizens, percentage depending on size, worth, product, and average wage over the worldwide industry standard that is paid to the entity's executives.
